Product Terms and Conditions
- There are NO RETURNS with Tyca products as each item is custom molded and/or manufactured for every order. However, one can receive an authorization to return any defective merchandise. AUTHORIZATION MUST BE IN WRITING BEFORE RETURN CAN BE ACCEPTED.
- Due to the nature of stone washing, sick and the denim material itself, slight variation in color of the finishes may occur.
- Due to the nature of leather, slight variations in color of the finishes may occur.
- Allow 5% over or under quantity on item ordered.
- Call for exact production times; standard production time runs 15-20 business days from final production art approval – noted exception for holiday production from October 30 – January 1 every calendar year.
- Delivery time is based on standard order of 150 items. More than 150 items, call factory for shipping schedule.
- Tyca denim or leather items without embossing require 7-10 working days to ship.
- CHANGES MADE ON QUANTITY AND/OR SHIP DATE AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE. ALL CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING.
- All order revisions must be approved in advance by Tyca.
- CANCELLATIONS: All tyca products are custon made and therefore, processed orders are not subject to cancellation.
- Orders from first time customers must be submitted with a new account form, a credit application, the most current financial statement and resale number.
